The Sugar Spoon Project
Many nights of the founder’s youth and young adolescence were spent discussing theories about cancer, new developments in cancer treatment, and the probable cures for cancer between the founder and one of his matriarchs. He had wished at one point to work in cancer research but doesn’t have the wits for science nor math, at least at their higher levels.
At the age of twenty-four, he had hoped to start a project between MD Anderson’s Houston main campus and Children’s Art Project to put on an ekphrastic creative writing anthology that would be therapeutic for patients.
